Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using Offshore Sportsbooks at handsupunited.org. We publish research, rankings and reviews of offshore sportsbooks that accept US bettors. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept wagers, we do not hold customer funds, and we have no ability to settle a bet, release a withdrawal or resolve a dispute on your behalf. By browsing this site you accept what follows. If you do not accept it, please stop using the site.
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site, or 18 where the sportsbook in question sets 18 as its minimum and your own circumstances allow it. Gambling involves the risk of losing money. If it stops being entertainment, call 1-800-GAMBLER for free, confidential support, and read our responsible gambling guidance before you deposit anywhere.
Legal status: read this before anything else
The sportsbooks covered here are licensed offshore — commonly in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — and are not licensed or regulated by any US state gaming commission or board. Accepting US players is not the same thing as being authorized to serve them. For US bettors, offshore sports betting sits in a legal grey area: federal and state law treat operators and customers differently, some states explicitly prohibit unlicensed online gambling, and states with legal regulated markets (for example New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania and others) license their own operators through a state gaming commission or board. Nothing on this site is a statement that an offshore sportsbook is legal, licensed or regulated for you.
Practical consequences you accept when you use this site as a research source:
- No US player protections. Segregated player funds, mandated dispute resolution, guaranteed payouts and state-supervised complaint channels do not apply to offshore betting sites. If an operator delays or refuses payment, you have no state regulator to appeal to.
- Your state's law is your responsibility. Check the rules where you live before opening an account. We cannot do that for you.
- Responsible gambling tooling varies. Offshore online sportsbooks may lack the deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion schemes that regulated US operators are required to offer.
- Tax and legal points are general information only. Gambling winnings and reporting obligations depend on your situation. Consult a qualified attorney or tax professional — nothing here is advice.
How we make money, and what it does not buy
Offshore Sportsbooks earns revenue through affiliate commission. When you follow a link from one of our tables or reviews to an offshore sportsbook and open an account, the operator may pay us. You never pay more because of it. Commercial relationships do not decide rankings, do not raise an editorial rating and do not stop us publishing a limitation. Some sportsbooks we cover have no commercial relationship with us at all, and some we would happily rank below a partner site.
Our ratings are editorial scores assigned by our own team. They are not customer-review averages, not survey results and not the output of live account testing. We research operators, verify what can be verified from public sources and operator terms, and mark clearly where something is an advertised claim rather than a confirmed fact. Advertised payout speeds are advertised speeds.
Ratings, rankings and the limits of what we publish
The ranked list on this site is ordered by our editorial scores as of 2026. Those scores reflect payout speed and reliability, odds and pricing, market coverage, banking options including crypto, bonus terms, support and track record of paying. Scores change. So do operator terms, and offshore sportsbooks can alter bonus rules, payout limits, withdrawal fees and accepted payment methods without notice.
| Sportsbook | Editorial rating | Advertised welcome offer |
|---|---|---|
| Lucky Rebel | 10.0 | 125% up to $1,250 + 50 FreeBet |
| Bovada | 9.6 | 50% up to $250 |
| BetOnline | 9.6 | $250 in free bets |
| BetNow | 9.4 | 125% up to $2,500 |
| Everygame | 9.0 | 100% up to $500 |
| BetUS | 8.8 | 100% up to $2,000 sports, 25% casino |
| Sportsbetting | 8.8 | 50% up to $250 in free bets |
| Xbet | 8.5 | 50% up to $200 with credit card |
| MyBookie | 8.4 | 100% up to $1,000, new players |
| ApuestaHoy | 8.2 | 200% welcome offer |
Every figure in that table is the operator's advertised headline. None of them are complete offers. Rollover multiples, minimum odds, qualifying deposit amounts, eligible markets, time limits and maximum bonus conversion are set by the sportsbook and only the sportsbook's own terms page is authoritative. Read it before you deposit. A large percentage match with heavy wagering requirements is often worth less than a small one with light terms.
Three examples of how our write-ups work
Lucky Rebel holds our top editorial rating at 10.0, largely on payout handling and the breadth of its sign-up offer — 125% up to $1,250 plus a 50 FreeBet, subject to its own rollover, minimum-odds and expiry conditions, which you must confirm on site. The limitation worth stating plainly: it is a newer name in the offshore market compared with the long-established operators below it, so its track record of paying is shorter. A shorter history is not evidence of a problem, but it is less evidence overall, and that matters more than a rating when you are deciding where to keep a balance.
Bovada rates 9.6 and is one of the most widely recognized offshore sportsbooks among US bettors, with deep NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL coverage plus a racebook and casino alongside the sportsbook. Its advertised welcome bonus of 50% up to $250 is modest by offshore standards and carries rollover and minimum-odds conditions set by the operator. Its notable drawback is access: Bovada restricts several US states, so eligibility is not universal, and crypto is central to its faster payout routes rather than optional.
BetOnline also rates 9.6, with a $250 free-bet welcome offer whose qualifying deposit, rollover and expiry terms sit on the operator's own promotions page. It appeals to value seekers for its wide market coverage, live in-play betting and reduced-juice options on selected lines. The trade-off: bank card deposits can be declined by US issuers and card-funded payouts are slower and sometimes fee-bearing compared with crypto withdrawals, so the payment method you choose changes the experience substantially.
Money, payments and what we can and cannot tell you
Using Offshore Sportsbooks costs nothing. Every cost sits at the sportsbook, and those terms are between you and the operator. Broadly, offshore online sportsbooks fund accounts through cryptocurrency, bank card deposits, bank wire, money transfer services and voucher or player-transfer arrangements. Crypto is usually the fastest route in both directions and often the cheapest; wires and transfers typically take longer and can carry fees at both ends; card deposits frequently fail at the issuing bank, and card payouts are the least common option.
- Minimums and maximums differ by method and by operator. Check the payout limit before you win, not after.
- Withdrawal fees may apply after a set number of free cashouts per month, or on certain methods only.
- KYC and verification is often lighter offshore than at regulated US betting sites, but documents can still be requested before a first payout — which is where delays usually appear.
- Crypto price volatility is a real risk. A balance held in a volatile coin can fall in dollar terms regardless of how your bets go.
We do not process payments, cannot chase a pending withdrawal and hold no funds. Where we quote a payout window, it is the operator's advertised timeframe, not a result we observed.
What the sites we cover actually offer
Our coverage spans the betting markets US bettors ask about most: point spread, moneyline and totals on NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB; futures; parlays and same-game parlays; player and game prop bets; live and in-play betting; and international soccer, golf, MMA and horse racing through attached racebooks. Some offshore sportsbooks offer higher betting limits and reduced vig on selected markets than regulated US sportsbooks — that is a common reason readers arrive here, particularly bettors who have been limited elsewhere. Availability of any specific market, limit or price is set by the operator and changes constantly.
Most of these operators also run adjacent product lines: online casino sections with slots, table games and live-dealer rooms, poker rooms, esports and the racebooks noted above. Those products have their own terms, their own bonuses and their own rollover rules, and a sports welcome bonus rarely applies to casino play. BetUS, for instance, advertises separate sports and casino components within a single welcome offer. Where our publisher supplies casino selections, the same independence policy on this page applies to them, including our coverage of casinos outside the UK self-exclusion scheme.
Betting tips, picks and predictions
Any betting tips, previews or analysis published on handsupunited.org are opinion and information, not advice and not "locks." No pick is guaranteed. Sports betting is not a reliable income source and should never be treated as a way to solve a financial problem or recover a loss. Bet only what you can afford to lose, and if you find yourself chasing losses, stop and call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Accuracy, changes and liability
- Content is researched and fact-checked to the date shown on the page — this page as of Sep 24, 2026 — and reviewed by our editorial team. Operator terms may have changed since.
- Where information is unresolved or comes from operator advertising rather than a verifiable source, we say so rather than presenting it as confirmed.
- We may amend, withdraw or re-rank any review or listing at any time without notice.
- Outbound links to sportsbooks and to support organizations are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or conduct.
- To the extent permitted by law, Offshore Sportsbooks accepts no liability for losses arising from betting decisions, account issues, unpaid withdrawals or reliance on information published here.
Your account, content and conduct
All original text, rankings, editorial ratings and page design on this site belong to Offshore Sportsbooks. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link. You may not republish reviews or tables wholesale, scrape the site at scale, or present our ratings as your own. Do not use this site to promote gambling to anyone under 21, and do not submit content through our forms that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.
Questions, corrections and complaints
If you think something here is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it. Corrections to factual errors are made promptly and dated. For disputes with a sportsbook — an unpaid withdrawal, a voided bet, a closed account — your route is the operator's own support and complaints process and, where one exists, its offshore licensing body. We can publish what we learn, and we do when a pattern emerges, but we cannot intervene. More on who we are sits on our about page, and you can reach the editorial team through our contact form.
